Sweeteners
Limiting or total elimination of sugar from the diet brings so many health benefits that it is difficult to list them all. They include, significant reduction of the risk of numerous civilization diseases, reduction of the risk of overweight or obesity, stabilization of hormonal balance, improvement of skin condition, reduction of risk of cavities are only some of the positive effects of limiting consumption of refined sugar.
A factor that makes many people to not introduce changes in their diet limiting sugar is the belief that such a way of eating means many compromises in the taste of dishes and drinks.
And yet it does not have to be that way – the use of natural sweeteners makes food and drinks taste as good as those prepared traditionally, and also eliminates or definitely reduces the adverse effects of sugar on health.
Stevia
The stevia leaves alone are many times sweeter than sucrose (more than thirty times), while the extract, the so-called steviol glycosides used to produce sweeteners are even several hundred times sweeter. Due to these properties and the form of stevia, it is used as a sweetener in combination with another erythritol sweetener. Our product is characterized by a ratio of 1:1 sugar replacement, which makes it easy to use in recipes based on traditional sugar. The main advantage of using this product as a substitute for sugar is lowering the calorific value of food and beverages (zero calorific value)

Erythritol
Erythritol is a naturally occurring saccharide (low-calorie sugar). It is an organic compound from the group of glycitols, naturally occurring in small amounts, among others, in flower pollen, some fruits, seafood and mushroom caps. It does not cause tooth decay and does not irritate the intestines. It has zero calorific value, which is especially recommended for people who want to lower their weight.

Xylitol
Xylitol, also called birch sugar, due to its unique properties (anti-cavity properties and many times lower glycemic index) is more and more widely used in the food industry, mainly in the production of sweets and diabetic products. The degree of sweetness is almost the same as sucrose. Used as a sweetener, it perfectly replaces sugar.
